- Description of Service.
Quizhead provides registered users free access
to creating and managing their own quizzes, emailing
quiz links to friends, taking quizzes and logging
results, maintaining a public personal profile with
a photo, and access to various articles and
information. There will be from time to time various
competitions and surveys available on the site.
("the Service") We provide the service "as-is," "with all faults" and
"as available."
- Advertisements.
As consideration for using the Service, you agree
and understand that Quizhead will display ads and
other information adjacent to and related to the
content of your email.
- Changes to the Service.
Quizhead may, in its sole discretion, modify or
revise these terms and conditions and policies at
any time, and you agree to be bound by such
modifications or revisions.
After a period of inactivity, Quizhead reserves the
right to disable or terminate a user's account.
- Personal Use.
The Service is made available to you for your
personal use only. You must provide current,
accurate identification, contact, and other
information that may be required as part of the
registration process and/or continued use of the
Service. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your Service password and
account, and are responsible for all activities that
occur thereunder. You are responsible for all
activity that takes place with your service account
or an associated account. You may not authorize any
third party to access and/or use the service on your
behalf.
- Content of the Service.
Quizhead does not have any obligation monitor or
pre-screen the material posted on its site by users
of the Service although it reserves the right to do
so should it so wish. Each individual user is solely
responsible for the content of the material they
post.
- Representations and Warranties.
Quizhead provides no warranty and makes no
representation, express or implied, as to the
reliability, completeness or accuracy of the
information, nor accepts any liability arising in
relation to the content of this information
contained in this web site.
You represent and warrant that (a) all of the
information provided by you to Quizhead to
participate in the Services is correct and current;
and (b) you have all necessary right, power and
authority to enter into this Agreement and to post
any material you post on Quizheads website.
- Using our Service.
You agree to:
that you will use the Service in compliance with
all applicable local, state, national, and
international laws, rules and regulations, including
any laws regarding the transmission of technical
data exported from your country of residence;
obey any codes of conduct or other notices we
provide;
your service account password secret;
and promptly notify us if you learn of a security
breach related to the service.

You acknowledge that Quizhead owns all right, title
and interest in and to the Service, including
without limitation all intellectual property rights.
Accordingly, you agree that you will not copy,

from the Service.
- Your Intellectual Property Rights.
Quizhead does not claim any ownership in any of the
materials you post or otherwise provide to us
related to the Service. However, by posting or
otherwise providing this material you are granting
to the public free permission to use, copy,
distribute, display, publish and modify your
material in connection with the Service.
- Indemnification.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Quizhead,
and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents,
and employees from and against any third party claim
arising from or in any way related to your use of
the Service, including any liability or expense
arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and
consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs
and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In
such a case, Quizhead will provide you with written
notice of such claim, suit or action.
- Privacy.
Quizhead considers your use of the Service to be
private and will only use the personal information,
you provide us with to verify your identity and
provided and develop the services that you require.

Profile Information description about user.

Lists of friends email addresses can be added and
stored to email broadcast links to quizzes.

(apart from the fields marked as public user name,
photo and profile description) is strictly
confidential.
Quizhead will not retain your personal information
any longer than reasonably necessary. However, we
may access or disclose information about you, your
account and/or the content of your communications,
in order to: (1) comply with the law or legal
process served on us; (2) enforce and investigate
potential violations of this contract; including use
of this Service to participate in, or facilitate,
activities that violate the law; or (3) protect the
rights, property, or safety of Quizhead or the
public.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of New South
Wales, Australia and you consent to the jurisdiction
of its courts.
